As the question can apply to all teams and not just yours in your specific scoring system (whatever it is) I'll give my opinion.
I like Breaston over the long term due to his performance last year with and without Boldin in the lineup. I also like his performance and consistency this year with Boldin and LF in the lineup. Bump Breaston over the next month if Boldin is slowed down or benched due to the high ankle sprain.
Breaston had a knee injury of some sort which kept him out of game 1. Since then he's been listed as limited in practice and given either the questionable or probable tag going into the game and then he's played well.
I think the best of Breaston is in front of us as I believe the knee will get better and better. Breaston will also be given more opportunity if either LF or Boldin are slowed or benched due to injury. I think the smart play is to grab him by himself but the really smart play is to grab him as a WR2/WR3 if you've got LF or Boldin since he'll turn into WR1.
Edit to add that Lance Moore should put up good stats but as much as NO spreads it around with about 7 different offensive weapons I would predict greater inconsistency from Moore than I would from Breaston.
