Carson Wentz  at home vs Washington
Jameis Winston at home vs SF

I'd start Winston. This is probably the best matchup he'll have all year. The only QB's I'd start over him this week are Mahomes and Watson.

I could see Wentz spending pretty much the entire second half just handing off the ball. A statline of 22-28, 240 yards, 2 TD's is a possibility.

Trade one of these guys right away.  This will be your headache all year if you keep trying to rationalize which one to start.  For me I keep Wentz and trade Winston for help/depth elsewhere. 

To answer your questions I would always start Wentz.  It will lead to less second guessing.  He is a stud.  Play him every week.

Im in the same situation.  I have wentz in there because he is the better qb of the two outside of the matchup. Waiting for a breakout game from Winston.  Winston played better but not great for a qb1
