Miller feels like a lock, as he's good for 20+ touches. 

I lean Mixon with the other spot. Not a great matchup, but the workload has been there.

Mixon and Miller.  Collins is back a little, as he's been slowly taking over the Ravens backfield (less of a RBBC than earlier this year).  Diggs's matchup against Atlanta is tough.
