Who was rated higher coming out of college, Ngata or Raji (1 Viewer)

Just wondering what scouts thought of Ngata coming out. I think I remember it being a mild surprise when Ngata was picked. Raji was not considered a reach at 9 by most pundits. So if the two came out the same season, who would have been the higher pick. They seem like very similar players to me. I hope Raji can do what Ngata does, although I realize there may be differences in scheme.

Considering I had my heart set on Ngata and was (and still am) disappointed with Wimbley, I remember the knock on Ngata was that he took plays off. That's basically it.
