If you vote for SF or AZ on the assumption one of them wins tonight that's fine.

If SF wins tonight they are 1 game back. My heart says St Louis but 7-9 might take this division.

I still think Seattle will win it. They will be either be tied with the Rams or within a game going into week 17, and then the Seahawks will beat the Rams at home to win the division. That is my prediction.

who owns the tie-breaker between the Rams and seahawks after week 17 ? (assuming seattle wins that game)
It goes to division record. The Rams need to win both next week at Arizona and at home against SF, especially since they already lost to both of those teams. I can't imagine that they could lose to Seattle, have a 2-4 division record (or 1-5 if they lost both), and win the tiebreaker. The Rams should really be kicking themselves for blowing those 4th quarters against TB and SF.

And Arizona in week 1 at home. That was Bradford's first start. They play that game again, the Rams win by 14+.

I can't remember what player it was, but the Rams had a 3-point lead in the 3rd quarter when they forced a fumble and the defender was running a fumble recovery back for a TD, didn't protect the ball, and got stripped inside the 10. That was a killer.

Whoever wins, might just be one of the worst playoff teams of all time. Thjat also might explain the apathy in this thread.

Yep, that would have sealed the game. I think it was Fred Robbins. It was stripped on the 1 yd line . It might have been in the 4th quarter.

The Rams have beat SD, Denver in Denver, and Washington, should have beat TB in TB. I wouldn't be surpised if they win their home playoff game if they get there. There are no dominant teams in the NFC.

The Rams should be 9-2 if they could hold a 4th quarter lead. The difference between winning and losing is very slight in the NFC these days.

I think they were saying this about the 2008 AZ Cardinals too. They were +1 on net points for the season and finished 2-3 their last five games. If I remember SD was also 8-8 that year winning the AFC West winning their last 4 games and had a respectable showing against PITT. Point being, regular season ineptitude doesn't necessarily indicate playoff results...
