Who would you add and drop? (1 Viewer)

Looking at this as an important week, seems to be some good candidates to add from the WW not just for this week's lineup, but the season going forward. We are 12-team, season-long, non-PPR. We can only do 3 add/drops per week, so we have to be smart with our moves.

Scenario for me is, I am 5-3, 4th highest scoring team in the league. My weakness this year has been QB and WR, though Dez Bryant's return, Davante Adams emergence may have taken care of that. My opponent for week 9 has Luck vs GB, L. Bell vs BAL, D. Booker vs OAK, and TY Hilton vs GB as his big guns.

I have David Johnson on bye, Melvin Gordon as my best RB for this week. TJ Yeldon is my only other (ahem) viable option to start as an RB2. I don't think Kenneth Dixon can be rolled out quite yet. Unfortunately, I am 8th out 12 in the WW priority list, so it's going to take some owners sleeping at the wheel to get guys like Hightower or West.

Here are my drop candidates, and the best options on the wire. What would you do?

Drop Candidates:

QB - Alex Smith (other QB is Eli Manning)

RB - Andre Ellington (yes I have David Johnson, but this is a bye week and I need a starting RB) and Kenneth Dixon

WR - Cameron Meredith

PK - Josh Lambo (Justin Tucker was cut last week due to his bye)

Add Candidates:

QB - Ryan Tannehill, Colin Krap-er-Kaepernick

RB - Tim Hightower, Charcandrick West, Antone Smith, Paul Perkins, Don Jackson

WR - Corey Coleman, Mohammad Sanu, Kenny Britt, Kendall Wright

PK - Justin Tucker (Lambo is off in week 11, adding Tucker would mean no more moves to cover a PK's bye)

Tucker's better than Lambo anyway (in my league scoring Tucker is the #2 K in the league), I would def make the kicker swap.

Dropping Ellington for West (If you can get him at 8th) would be decent. Otherwise you will have Johnson back next week and won;t be too worried about any of these guys anyway. I think West is the only one worth playing this week out of that list otherwise just roll with Yeldon while praying for this week to end so Johnson comes back into themix! ;) lol

What sucks is we can only make 3 moves a week, so picking up West and he winds up not starting means a move wasted. I think Antone Smith stands a much better chance of doing something due to the short turn-around for the dumpster fire that is TNF. Then after this week, back to the scrap pile for someone like Starks who might be back by week 11 when I have Gordon on bye.
