Who ya shopping...who ya buying? (1 Viewer)

Buying:

All eagles offensive players (scoring records could be broke by that offense)

Larry fitz if an owner is dumb enough to sell him

Tony romo if the price is right

Jon Stewart

Ryan Mathews

Felix jones

Kenny britt if he comes at a big discount

Selling:

Steven Jackson

Frank gore

Micheal turner - would take any 1st round pick for him, he's done

Peyton hillis

Moreno

Blount

Vincent Jackson - SD was a great vertical offense which is vjax strength, there is no way he goes to a better situation

Dez Bryant if someone ignored his mental ######ation risk

Brandon Lloyd - tebow is an awful passer, he had a few lucky long throws in meaningless games against bad defenses.

Selling: Knowshon, Dez Bryant, Miles Austin, Pierre Garçon, Michael Crabtree.

Buying: Kenny Britt, Shane Vereen, Tony Romo, Steve Smith (both), Austin Collie, Larry Fitz.

I've mainly been eyeing guys who may have been injured last year that are more likely to go a bit under the radar as a result or guys who I think are a bit underrated in terms of potential impact. The guys I'm selling are guys either with potential or guys who have produced at some point but I just don't see being big factors.

Buying: QB Cam Newton (for Keeper/Dynasty purposes), RB Ryan Grant, RB Reggie Bush, RB Ronnie Brown, WR Johnny Knox, WR Arrelious Benn, WR Anthony Armstrong

Selling: QB Chad Henne, QB David Garrard, RB Ryan Williams ®, WR Robert Meachem, WR Lee Evans, TE Brandon Pettigrew

For those selling Dez Bryant, what are you looking for in return? I can see trading him for a guy like Tampa Mike, AJ Green or maybe Julio Jones, but otherwise I'm keeping him.

SELLING:

Frank Gore-probably won't get what he's worth in return but I have him in dynasty and looking for a 1st round rookie pick.

Austin Collie- concussions scare me for the player and you know guys will be looking for him. Gonna be hard for him to stay healthy and you can't play scared.

Kenny Britt- talent or not time to part ways with this thug.

BUYING:

Delone Carter- good situation if Addai moves on and he could take over as the lead back from Brown.

Ryan Williams- seen many varied opinions but I think sooner or later he gets the top spot. Now if they do something about the O-line it'll surely help him.

Kendall Hunter- If I can't move Gore I need to get this guy as insurance in dynasty.

Marcus Easley- coaches are high on this guy as they were last year and he got hurt. Could turn out to be a mini-Colston. Still has to fight for playing time with Stevie J and Evans. I like him in dynasty.

sold-Moreno, Schaub, James Starks, DeShawn Jackson, Ingram, Cam Newton

Bought-Jamal Charles, Vick, Crabtree (pre foot reinjury)

selling-Driver, Jennings, Grant, Greg Little, Hillis, Gore

buying-Britt, Nicks, Miles Austin, Hardesty, Bradford, Best

Guys I've sold and Targeted

sold Welker in the 2 leagues I had him, got a 2012 1st in one and T Smith ® plus a 2012 2nd and 3rd in the other... I think this is the last yr you can expect that exchange for WW.

Botable Solds Witten / Peterson / Hillis / Bradshaw

Notable Buys Z Miller / J Best in PPR / Wells / Meachem / Greene / Pettigrew

Selling: Knowshon, Dez Bryant, Miles Austin, Pierre Garçon, Michael Crabtree.

Buying: Kenny Britt, Shane Vereen, Tony Romo, Steve Smith (both), Austin Collie, Larry Fitz.
I would sell Dez since he is overvalued. He was the 5th WR off the board in my startup. I would sell Austin since I think there wont be enough targets for him to produce top 10 numbers. And I am buying Romo since I would put him in my top 6 or 7 dynasty QBs and he is the 10-12th QB off the board in startups.

Ok. Strange group you have in these startup leagues. Dez should be nowhere near top-5 at this point. And, Romo at 10-12? That's preposterous. There are 5 (and maybe 6) QBs to take ahead of him. But, if your crew is taking the likes of Vick, Bradford, Stafford, Freeman, Ryan ahead of him, they'll pay for that.

Shopping: Josh Freeman, Chris Cooley and Deion Branch.

Buying: none at the moment

I'm shopping Freeman because I own him in a keep-6 league and I cannot keep him. Cooley and Branch were throw-in's within an offer I made to another owner. His team is in bad shape and those players are actually improvements over what he currently owns.

I have a couple targets in mind to buy but nothing will happen if I do not get some value for these other three. Other than that I'm pretty happy with my core team and I don't see making a lot of moves.

If dez is valued as top 5, selling makes sense. I just haven't seen him that high.

why would you be selling Dez and Austin but buying Romo
Oops, missed this. But, exactly my thought as well. Guess it's another big year for Romo's BFF.
Must be a HUUUUGE fan of Witten this season. :) Or a Roy Williams resurgence possibly?

I'm buying

Frank Gore

Brandon Marshall

Kenny Britt

Steven Jackson

These 4 guys have issues of there own but are being sold really really low. Britt and Marshall has problems with the law but they both are studs. Marshall is a PPR beast and is super hard to tackle, Britt dominates the field. Gore and Jackson are both aging but could still play. Gore was doing great last yea till the injury. Jackson is could still run hard and receive.

I'm selling

Dez Bryant

Jared Cook

Brandon Pettigrew

Dez is good but I still think Austin and Witten is ahead of him. The Dallas offense will run pretty good but I just don't like the chances of each of their receivers. Cook is being a little overrated and you could get some value in blockbuster trades or draft picks. Pettigrew is getting drafted ahead of Zach Miller and Owen Daniels! Miller has a great chance with no one good at receiver in Oakland, Daniels is most likely going to be in the top 5, PETTIGREW??

You do realize that Pettigrew had more receptions last season than either of those 2 guys have ever had in 1 season? And that was just his 2nd year.

He actually explained his reasons about 5 posts up and his reasons made complete sense. Your post on the otherhand lacks any substance.

And yet Pettigrew is actually almost a year OLDER than Zach Miller.

He got those stats with mostly Hill throwing the ball. Stafford doesn't utilize him the same way. So if you're that sure Stafford's going down again...then bet on those numbers.

Maybe Stafford should learn to use him a little more and then he wouldn't be on his back so much. Its hard to make that argument And you can say the same since Stafford pretty much was IR all yr.

I have Dez from last year. He will be my WR2 this year, Fitz being my #1. I need a RB, and think Forte could be had cheap, along with Ryan Mathews.

I am willing to part with L. Timmons, would still have P Willis at LB1. And LBs are easy to find, compared to a solid RB.

I would not trade Dez unless someone gave me a top tier WR2 or bottom level WR1. I think he may have some bad games, but his good games could change the outcomes of weeks.

I have never seen him anywhere near a top 5, not a top 10, maybe top 20.
