Miami is playing good ball, but their schedule has been a nightmare this season, and is rather tough down the stretch, too: @ Carolina @ Buffalo New England @ Jacksonville @ Tennessee Houston PittsburghI figure the second wild card team in the AFC will need to go 10-6, and I just don't see the Dolphins going 6-1 against that schedule.I'm going with Miami. The way this season has developed reminds me a lot of how last season developed for them.
That is the assumption being made since Cincy already swept Pitt and is 5-0 in the division.Of course nothing is a given, Hou or Jax could still win the South. Nobody is expecting it though.Other: SteelersAssuming Cincy wins AFC N division instead of PITT.
The assumption was that the Steelers are going to make the playoffs, either as the first WC or division winner.Other means Titans, Browns, Bills, Raiders or KC.Other: SteelersAssuming Cincy wins AFC N division instead of PITT.
Watch out for Tennesee though, their finally working out of their early season funk. They won't make the playoffs, but will be a spoiler for many teams on their remaining schedule.
10-6 baby!Even LHucks might give VY his due respect if when that happens.Works for me. Unless the Texans get to 10-6.Baltimore - their head to head wins over both Denver and San Diego will be the tiebreaker when they end up tied with one of them for the 6th spot.
The Chargers should be able to get to 11-5 with their easy schedule. If they can't finish 5-2 then they don't deserve to be in anyway. Denver has a tougher schedule so Baltimore will probably get in if the Chargers win the division.Works for me. With a one game lead over the Steelers and the tie-breaker, are you expecting a complete collapse the rest of the way?I don't think Cincy makes it.
I don't agree. They'll lose to either the Colts, Chargers or both - and they have tiebreaker issues (bad conference record - loss to Pitt - split with Texans and Jags).Tennessee
