Over the last week, both talk about the Patriots player class in their after game press conference.. LT said that they have no class at all and Manning said that their are classy. Who's right???

I think they fall somewhere in between....

I think LT overreacted last week - so I think Peyton's more right here than LT. Maybe a few Pats last week celebrated a little too much but based on the nature of the game it was understandable.

Well the Patriots lost today, so it would have been pretty silly if they would have started stompin' on the Colts logo. But mark my words, you can bet that that's exactly what they would have done if they won.

Based on what? Do the Colts have any players with sack dances that the Pats were intent on mocking because the initiator of the dance had been running his mouth all week?

Belichick is an ###. Everyone in the NFL knows it. Being a living legend gives him some cushion...but Lombardi, Bryant, Landry, etc...never carried themselves or LOST the way that Belichick does.

In the end...who cares. He's not the "greatest"...but He's won 3 Bowls...we're nitpicking.

Its too bad the Colts didnt flash Brady some choke signals

Hey. I'm just sayin'.

There is no excuse for BB snubbing Manning.
:shrug:BB is a very sore loser - that is indicative of someone who lacks class. Itr's easy to be gracious in a win - and it is not very hard to be respectful before you play.It is very hard to overcome that competitive fire and acknowledge the other team played well after you lose. I think LT had a bit of that going on and Belichick has defintely displayed that a few times this year (Mangini handshake?)After the number of times Belichick has spanked Manning in Foxboro on the way to winning the Bowl, it would not have been that tough for him to shake his hand and wish him luck after this classic playoff game. That said, I think the Pats are full of a lot of very classy people on the offensive side of the ball, but they are led by a guy who is showing a lot of chinks in the armor.

Did anyone see Hoobs taunt the Colts cheerleaders after he ran that kickoff back to the 15 yardline?

That is class.

 It's what will ultimately separate him from Lombardi, Knoll, and Brown. Building a great scheme is one thing...being a great leader is another.

As a Pats fan I have no problem admitting that Bill Bellichick is, well, a jerk. As long as he's a jerk that will help the team win games I don't care.

Peyton said that Bellichick did congratulate him even if it was half-###ed. And guys like Bruschi were very classy. LT was just being a baby.

Why? Brady didn't choke today. Brady executed that last INT exactly how it was drawn up. It's just that Troy Brown failed to do his part and cause a fumble on the return. If the Colts were going to flash choke signals at anyone today, it should have been Troy Brown.

Excellent oversimplification.Context Jager...always remember context.

LT had just lost and watched the other teams defense, not one player mind you, but the majority of the defense taunt the Chargers while beating them at home. That isn't an excuse for his reaction, but it puts it into context.

Let's look at BB. He loses a tight game where the taunting was done by his team (hoobs kick return) and the winners were extremely gracious on the field. He all but refuses to congratulate a player that he has taken out of the playoffs several times and who has never attacked him or his team. There is no reason for animosity for BB and acting like he did seems childish as well.

Neither reaction, BB's or LT's is justified. Part of class is maintaining composure in the face of difficut simuli. Neither individual seemed to display it in this situation. But to suggest that LT is a baby and BB took his beating like a man is misguided and inaccurate. The context tells a whole different story here.

I would say your point of view is tarnished by whether you won the game or not. Good sportsmanship is easy when you win. I can see why LT would be upset after a close loss. I thought Belichick was a #### way back when he coached Cleveland.
