Who's the Best (1 Viewer)

I want to create a rubric for comparing teams from different leagues regardless of those leagues structure. So for example I could compare an IDP champion to a non IDP champion to a PPR Champion and so and and so forth. I want create a system that is more of an objective measure then subjective. I want to find out what champions were the best. Here are the thoughts I have so far:

Winning % x Wieght = League Record Points

(Playoff Points Average / regular season average) x Weight = Post Season Performance Points

All play % x Weight = All Play Performance Points

(Total regular season points / total regular season average points) x Weight = Scoring Performance Points

Competitive balance measure x weight = Competitive balance Points (This I need help with unsure how to numerical state competitive balance, some form of standard deviation and league scoring is what i am thinking)

Then sum the 5 categories for an overall score.

So I have two questions. One how would you weight the categories. What's most important, League record, Playoff Performance, All Play, Scoring, or competitive balance. Least important. And What should the breakdown be. Two how should competitive balance be measured. We all know it when we see it, whether the league is tough or not, but how can we measure that?

I don't want the format the format you play in to have any impact on determining which champion is better. So a ten team champion is equal to twelve team champion. An IDP champion is equal to a PPR Champion and so on.

Let me know your thoughts. I would appreciate any help.
