Who's you favorite fantasy player? (1 Viewer)

Randy Moss though he is making me sick this year.

Dez Bryant fast becoming a new favorite of mine.

 
I think I will always have a soft spot for Tyler Thigpen leading me to the title game with his awesome collegiate offense in Kansas City...it was only my 2nd year of playing Fantasy, I was an underclassmen in a league with my father's work buddies, and it was awesome to see "Welcome to the Thigpen" as my smack talk every week...right above his 30 point efforts as I waited until the second to last round for a QB and played waivers all year until Tyler came along after injuries.

That being said, in all the dynasty teams that I drafted, I have Roddy White. And I have since the draft in each one. And every TD he scores, every catch he makes, every time people doubted him when a rookie QB was brought in, just makes me like him that much more. He;s the first player I think I can truly say I was "right" on as I don't make many predictions.

Santonio could get there. I really like his talent. Not so much his pot-smoking.

A small corner of me is reserved for Jerome Harrison. My proudest call to date, and probably the best one I will ever make, was saying he would lead you to the title if you started him in weeks 14-16 of last year. And then he did exactly that, for me at least.

 
The frist year I played FF in 2002 I drafted Priest Holmes a year after he landed in KC. Everyone laughed at me when I drafted him at 1.03 and I obviously has the last laugh (he scored 21 TD's that year). Great memories. I also drafted Peyton in '04 when he went off for 49 TD's (and have never owned him since). I LOVED having both of those guys - those were magical years. But my FAVORITE has been Chris Johnson. Got him for $1 in my keep 1 auction league when he was a rook and snagged him with my last pick (thanks to all the believers in the SP). Needless to say he's been my main squeeze ever since. Just love watching him play.

 
A few faves over the years..

Aaron Rodgers - drafted him as a 1st year starter. Also how well he has handled himself and progressed.

Clinton Portis- Had him as a rook off the WW and saw him single handedly dismantle the Chiefs for one of the most impressive games ever by a RB

Roddy White- Been taking him steadily for the past 3 years and makes me happy every time.

Antonio Gates- Such an advantage in week in and out dependable high numbers

Wes Welker -almost ditto as Gates

Tom Brady- another player I've been taking for years and just keeps getting better

 
Curtis Martin. Never had to overspend and always delivered. When he was traded to the Jets, it was the getting two cherries on top of the sundae. Nothing better than when your favorite player, plays for YOUR team and does not break the bank when it comes to fantasy...doubt I will ever find the perfect combo again... :confused:
