Why aren't thumbtacks obsolete?? (1 Viewer)

The push pin should have replaced the thumbtack somewhere in 89 i feel.

My wife has some for the calendar on our peg board. They're atrocious. You have to dig them out with your fingernails and god forbid one falls on the floor...its like a pointy landmine waiting to wreak havoc on someones barefoot. 

Is there a chang.org petition i can sign to abolish these terrible outdated death traps?

What else would you put on someone's chair in junior high?

(I never personally did this, but we did make blow darts with the end shoelaces and pins.)
