Why has Wiggins not produced much? (1 Viewer)

I know we didn't annoint Wiggins as a stud TE this year, but I think it's safe to say he has produced well below expectations. Especially when Koren departed, many of us thought Wiggins would benefit. What can we expect out of Wiggins, and the Vikings passing game in general?

My thought....because of the significant upgrade of the offensive line, Wiggens is not getting as many of the desperation dumps as he was in the previous two years. The line is allowing more time for the downfield passing game. BJ still has a lot of short passes...but so far they seem to involve the WR's more.

New coach, new offense, change in scheme (more conservative). And maybe DC's are trying harder to take him out of games. MN has to be top 10 in the league rushes/game this year.
