Is there something I am missing?? He would have finished top 5 among DL last year had he not been hurt for 3 games....His statline for 2004: 31 Tackles, 9 assists, 10.5 sacks, 1 FR, 1 int, 9 pd's, and 1 ffNot going to show you his fbg projections because that is paid content but just seems Coleman is sliding under the radar this year and could be a nice #2 DL for someone's team that could be drafted really late. Your thoughts...

I think he is ranked right about where he should be because:1) He's a D Tackle - they usually don't put up big numbers. He has, which is why he's the top ranked TACKLE on FBG's site. Everyone else above him is a DE - where most of the big scorers usually are.2) He is so good, he is going to see his fare share of double teams.I like him ranked where he is...on the radar, but not at the center of it.

I'd say Kevin Williams > Rod Coleman, IMO

I would not get hung up on where he's "ranked" in those projections. The spread between the #10 DL and #20 DL is only about 10 points (on that scoring system) over the course of the season. I think you have to look at it in traunches, and he seems appropriately placed in that wide 2nd level traunch.I will admit though that he has upside from the projections, if he stays healthy all year. That Atlanta line is awesome, and though he will get his share of attention (same as say Kevin Williams in MN though he still continues to produce), he cannot always be the key man to block because of Kerney and blitzing from the 2nd level which contributed double digit sacks last year for Atlanta as well. He will have his opportunities.
