Why Sam Darnold will be Offensive Rookie of the Year (1 Viewer)

I'm going to go ahead and say it: Sam Darnold will be the main reason why the Jets will go 9-7 and make the playoffs this year.  Why?  He's the best rookie QB the Jets have ever had since Joe Namath.  They may not be able to get by the Patriots for the AFC East title, but I do see them getting the sixth and final playoff spot in the AFC.  Unfortunately, his rookie season will come to an end against the Chargers in Los Angeles, which, is kind of ironic, considering he played his college ball at USC.

And oddly enough he’s probably the least capable of their QBs going into this coming season.  It should be a very interesting story as the regular season unfolds.
