I venture that this one will be impossible to answer without hitting the databases, but here goes anyway . . .What were the Top 10 seasons for YPC average since 1960 for a RB with at least 1,000 yards rushing? What were the Top 10 seasons for YPR average since 1960 for a WR with at least 1,000 yards receiving?

Portis had a couple of 5.5 years in Denver. Don't know if that's good enough to make the list though.

Randy Moss shold make the list at least 2 times, maybe 3. 1998-2000.Rice as well, 1985-1989 has to produce a few I would think.

Maybe Randy Moss's rookie year? He was close to 20 yprEDIT: Nevermind. If it takes 26 ypr to make the list, I'm sure he's way down there.

I wonder who the last reciever to average over 20 YPC is (with the same 1000 yard qualifier). I see that Jerry Rice had one in 1988. Anyone do it later than that?

I found someone who did it later. Care to guess who?
