Will there be more than 1 rb drafted in the 1st round this year? (1 Viewer)

With teams looking to bring in FA runners, does this mean Lynch will slip out of the 1st round, how far down will it push all the other rookie rb's?

teams like GB, Giants, Jets, Denver, Houston, Baltimore are all bringing in available FA rb's or looking to trade for Mcgahee or T.Jones, M.Turner.

We know AD/AP will go in the 1st round, but who knows about Lynch and others.

Not to mention the depth at RB in this year's rookies.I think Lynch's 40 may have hurt his stock.

If Lynch is the BPA in the 1st, I'm sure he'll be drafted there even if a team seems set at RB. We've seen it happen before...

God, I hope not. The idea of the Raiders getting Lynch at the top of the second gives me :chubby:.

But no, I think Lynch goes in the first. Running a 4.46 doesn't knock a back out of the 1st round.

I thought he ran a 4.5 something?

Lynch had a pretty good overall workout at the combine. It wasn't stellar, but it wasn't any worse than what we've seen from guys like Cedric Benson and Cadillac Williams in recent years. Given the lack of depth at RB in this draft (I disagree with the previous poster about this class being deep) and the fact that several teams still have gaping holes at RB, Lynch stands a very good chance of being a first round pick.

IMO, the only way he falls out of the first round is if character concerns raise red flags.
