I'd prefer Penny. Full disclosure, I have Penny as the #2 overall rookie this year, and a top-40 overall player. If you aren't a full believer in Penny, I can see preferring the other side.

Williams + the pick...but this is close.  Like "travdogg" said, you need to believe in Penny, personally I do not thus the vote for Williams + pick.

I am on the Penny side and it is not even close.  Penny is an early first round value and I am not a believer in Williams to the point I would give up Penny to get him.
