Williams, Madieu CIN S (1 Viewer)

How fortunate. I come in here to start a similar thread, and what do you know...

I'm much higher on Rhodes than Williams in pretty much any scoring format. I feel like the ten points per INT increases Williams value, but not enough to make him more valuable than Rhodes.

I, on the other hand, am trying to decide if I should drop Williams for Sean Jones in my dynasty league. 2/tackle, 1/assist, 4/int, 2/ff, 2/fr, 6/td, 1/pd. Any thoughts?

Don't you guys think that more business will come to Williams with injuries to Pollack and Thornton?

I like Williams and thus far do not really regret my decision of taking him over Rhodes. I dunno why, I just like the guy. I think his tackles will increase slightly but also like how he goes after passes and I see an int, possibly two, coming his way this Sunday.

You guys are aware that Madieu is on pace for 72 solos, 8 assists, 8 INT's and 16 PD's, right?? I know it sounds ridiculous to map-out stats after only two games, but it's also ridiculous to drop a guy like Madieu after only two (very solid) games.

Until Williams gets injured, he'll stay on my roster.

Right, but it's not always smart to stick with a guy merely because he has played well. Depending on the league, if there are better players available, sometimes you have to cut bait.I'll play your game. Kerry Rhodes is on pace for 96 solos, 24 assists, 8 sacks, 8 FFs, 8 INTs, 16 PDs. I like that better than Madieu's pace. So, do you really see Madieu outscoring Rhodes? Because I think that is the question here.

You don't dump free safeties in Marvin Lewis' defenses. Rod Woodson had a second career in that position in Baltimore.

So, he'll outscore Rhodes?
I have Madieu and Rhodes neck and neck. Rhodes may be more reliable tackle wise but not by that much. Madieu definitly has more upside because of his play making ability. Are you only allowed to roster one??If not then who is untouchable? Both of these guys are hella good possible top 10 Dbs.BTW Rashean Mathis is playing GREAT and is the best Db to date in my league. (which scores a bit differently)

Even though Huff was your rookie draft pick I think Rhodes is a better player to have.

Rhodes was a rookie last year so its not like your giving up long term potential for a more proven player by exchanging Huff for him.
