Yes Mendenhall is starting, but that is meaningless because he and Moore will split carries. Pct of carries will depend on the effectiveness of each as the game goes on or situations. As noted beware that Redman might be active and be the goalline back.

Updating previous reports, Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall will receive the start in Week 4 with Willie Parker (toe) out.

Fantasy Tip: Mendenhall could be a decent flex play against a potentially vulnerable San Diego Chargers run D. He has yet to prove he can handle a full workload, though, and carries some risk. Has he finally mastered the playbook? Either way, it wouldn't be surprising if Pittsburgh also gives Mewelde Moore a bunch of work, making the shifty back an equally suitable flex play, especially in point-per-reception formats.
