Wk14-New York Jets at New England Patriots (1 Viewer)

The vaunted Jets defense is just getting mauled tonight. Exactly as the vaunted Steelers defense did a few weeks ago. Much as I dislike them, you've got to give the Pats and Brady their due. If the best defenses in the NFL can't stop them, who's going to?

Foot, hand and knee came down in bounds and the guys in the booth are yapping about challenging?

Instead of talking so much this past week, perhaps Rex Ryan should have spent more time getting his defense ready to play. Brady and the Patriots are absolutely shredding them.

C'mon fatboy...throw the flag

Bawawawawawawaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Tirico telling Blubby Boy about his use of challenges.

Mike Tirico put his life savings on the Jets to cover tonight. Guy is very unhappy with Rex.

Brady and his Samsonlocks are unstoppable. :headbang:

Rex Ryan is a freaking joke! Run your big mouth bubba.

Now go 'kiss the ring". LMAO

God I hate the Patriots! Damn good team though. :golfclap:

The Jets are screwing up in every aspect of the game. That play was clearly not a TD as his forearm was out of bounds before the second foot came down. Should have been challenged and it would have been overturned.

Oh, Braylon, Braylon, Braylon....You HAVE to make that catch. Have to.
How much do you have on the Jets?
Nothing. I just don't like New England. More importantly, I want to see a game.
In that case... just wait a little.
Yeah, the IND-TEN shouldn't be a one-sided blowout.
I would love to agree with the type, but I agree with the sarcasm. :headbang:

New England ranks 22nd in pts allowed and 32nd in yards allowed on defense...if that doesn't define a lucky 9-2 team in the NFL, not sure what else does. They are very good at taking advantage of other teams mistakes but they are far form a world beater.
you obviously haven't watched them a lot this year
Every week I watch them and they are exactly as I describe it. They are like a wall you hit off with a tennis ball, they simply keep the ball in play and wait for you to make a mistake. They have very few turnovers on the year. A week ago Oakland had something like 25 fumbles to New England having only 6. Brady has 5 interceptions on the season to Dallas having around 16+...they just don't make a lot of mistakes. They are not just mowing people down. 32nd in the NFL on defense, that would be dead last for those that need help, you don't achieve that by being a great football team. I don't think New England ever thought they would win this many games.I'm entitled to my opinion.
So that's your definition of a lucky team?

Wk14-New York Jets at New England Patriots, Monday Night Football Game Thread
There's the problem. The Jets read the title of this thread and thought the game was next week. They didn't show up this week.

Sweet Jesus. 3rd and 1, and they throw the ball. This game is FUBARED for the Jets. Hey Rex - at halftime, just go pack up the bus. Have the guys get on and get out of town early.

Shoulda gone for it on 4th down there. Show some confidence in your offense, which is gonna have to come back and win this game.

Gruden can be so foolish sometimes: "Brady is a competitor- he hates to lose!"

As opposed to Mark Sanchez, who is not a competitor and enjoys losing.
