Work League Advice (1 Viewer)

I think this is a Shark Pool topic, if not, I'll move it to FFA.

Basically, we started up a league with myself and 11 guys at work last year. White collar organization with your general corporate structure. Standard scoring/setup league, low entry fee, just something to make the work week a little more interesting.

As far as the online smack talk last year, I'd rate it a 4 out of a 1-10 scale. A few guys chirping, some zingers here and there, nothing really overblown.

From last year to this year, there are a couple guys who have been promoted to a pretty high level in the organization. And now, there are a couple bosses-subordinates in the league, where there was none of that last year.

Does anyone out there have similar experiences? How did you handle the smack talk? What were some areas you found that were good/bad?

It was a pretty good, pretty average league last year and I think it could be a decent 2nd/3rd league with some history behind it and I'm trying to prevent any declines. Any comments/advice are appreciated.

Kill the online ribbing, do your smack talk in person in groups (if that) or after work at happy hour (best bet). You don't want to get anywhere near the line & they prob don't want that stuff on their work e-mail now.
