Ill go with Millen, he used to be good before he came to the lions and dismantled the franchise. Whatever talent he used to have hes lost, and how can you respect his player evaluation?

Close call between Berman and Young. I would have voted for Brman, but since you set up the poll so that I could vote for all of them, I did.

I miss Emmitt and his ability to not be able to speak. I also dislike Keyshawn, he's talks just to hear himself it seems. I also dislike Gruden, just because I miss Kornheiser.

which ever guy kept saying "this is the area of the field where the jets like to bring pressure" over and over and over again....

Am I the only one who hasn't watched a pre or post game show in at least two years?
me too (mostly)as far as these guys Millen wasn't needed but he's OK. I voted to the 2 extraneous guys: Stu Scott (who isn't needed, hey have Berman) and Key (why have a number 2/3 WR when you already have a #1 in Carter?)

I thought we were talking historically, then I was going to go:

1. Dennis Miller

2. Tony Kornheiser (though I love PTI)

3. Dan Dierdorf

But you mean Monday Night Countdown, which I see no purpose in watching.

Not sure I get the vitriol over Millen.

Commentating and being a GM are simply two different jobs. Are Millen's observations any more or less valid than Keyshawn Johnson's? Or Steve Young's? Millen may have failed miserably as a GM, but I'd argue that it had more to do with his lack of dedication (I don't even think he lived in Detroit) and experience in any type of front office role than his football knowledge that he can pass on in a 90-120 pre-game show.

I don't have cable so I only get to watch MNF when the Vikings play and a local station airs it. I was getting pretty tired of Gruden's crush on Favre, just like when it used to be Madden gushing on and on about him. And it was also getting annoying how he kept refering to him as "a guy called" Brett Favre.

I don't like any current day commentators and usually watch the games with the sound down. What do these guys have to offer?

i cant understand why no network hasn't experimented with radio-style announcers. i think it would be sooooo much better than these as monkey tv guys.

I don't start watching until 10-15 minutes before kickoff, but wow did I laugh out loud when I realized how many different bags of hot air they roll out every week. What a stupendous misallocation of resources.
