I'm gonna go ahead and guess the answer would be a firm "NO" but I am not 100% sure.

It makes for an ugly viewing experience on TV, that's for sure.

Considering there are fines for socks not being worn properly, I think "a firm NO" is an understatement. I usually don't agree with the NFL on this kind of stuff, but considering where we are with retro jerseys, what would stop the Bengals from rolling out a bright orange turf...lol.

Even more than the blue turf at BSU I hate that they also wear all-blue monochrome uniforms. It makes it very difficult to watch on TV.

NFL would not allow this. NFL even had a say in the height of the scoreboard in Dallas
