Would you trade Cam Newton and Eric Ebron for Jordan Howard and Kelvin Benjamin in Auction Dynasty PPR League?

$200 budget, all players involved in the trade are minimum keeper cost of $10.  I would pick up Andy Dalton from free agency to be my QB.
