I need a stud WR he wants Gordon but I hate to give him up in PPR.

Assuming Bell comes in and becomes the bell cow it would be a slight benefit to you, but with the questions lingering about his usage when he returns i would probably just stand pat.

You can absorb the loss at RB with Zeke and Mixon assuming you only need to start two RB's.  I am not a big fan of Adams so he wouldn't be my target if I was parting with Gordon.  I also have some worry about Gordon's hamstring issue prior to the bye.  Overall I don't mind the deal.....
