i know it is pittsburgh and everything but wow. everywhere i look, i see bums ranked above him. has any back had success against them this year yet?

Denver has very, very little success running against the 4-3 historically. If Casey Hampton is back, Tom Nalen being out is going to be a HUGE deal.

There's a few factors at play here.

1) PIT is great against the run.

2) DEN lost their Pro Bowl centre, Tom Nalen to IR.

3) DEN has historically had a tough time running against 3-4 defensive fronts.

Combine those together and that's why you get Henry's low ranking this week.

I don't like his chances.. I would look elsewhere if you have options..

Pitt is only giving up 72 yards rushing a game.. & I think only 1 TD on the year

Hmm. Sure hope LJ can cover for him if it's going to be that bad. I knew LJ would struggle to get going this season, but I'd really banked on Henry having a great year.

So, does Cutler get the upgrade because Denver wont be able to run the ball, or does the PIT passing D kill that too?

It's not a great week for Broncos players.. Pitt's pass D is ranked 2nd as well. Theyve only given up 3 TD's on the year.. I think they will have better success passing then running but would not look for much out of the Broncos this week.. Pitt has a really good defense..

Who exactly are you benching Henry in favor of? Are we talking the Brian Leonard's of the world here?
In my case, Portis.Although Leonard would be a consideration for me, if I had him. He finally gets a reasonable matchup after a couple of tough ones. He may be better than his numbers (thusfar) indicate.

I have bupkus behind him, so I will be taking my chances. Unless Jordan's back seizes up, and Rhodes starts.

Start Henry w/ confidence--I am playing against his owner this week, so it's a 100% certainty Henry will blow up w/ a huge game

Graham and Jacobs.

Kind of yuck, but who knows. Each of these guys have the potential to score 2 or 3 td's this week imo. Detroit gives up a lot of points (31st) even to the run 29th. The passing can get you close and then maybe Graham takes it in. Jacobs has the potential to break a couple if he doesn't get nicked up and if they give him the ball. SF is 8th against run scoring, but they have played som bad offenses for the most part.

I'm considering Crayton over him. Great matchup vs. Minny. I just don't like benching good RBS for pretty good WR with a very good matchup.
