I would rank them this way:

1. Boutte - has a connection with Maye and has looked really good for a few games going back to last year. Easy top of the list for me
2. Jennings - better offense than Cle but has more competition and that will only get worse when Aiyuk comes back
3. Tillman - I just don't think the volume will be there for him to be a consistent point getter week to week.

Injuries are such a factor because if Jennings gets similar usage to last year he is by far #1 for me. However I probably rank them the same as Gally. Boutte/Jennings -> Tillman.
