Cards reporter Kent Somers is very thorough, he would have mentioned if Breaston's knee was truly acting up. Here's what Somers said the other day:

The Cardinals appear to be as healthy as they have been all season, which isn't a huge surprise since they've only played three games and are coming off an off-week. Every player participated in at least part of Wednesday's practice.

Breaston's fine. Whiz is listing everybody as questionable this yr.
