Lance Moore (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Moore tested the ankle in pregame warm-ups, but he can't go. He was probably going to have a minor role anyway. Saints also declared K John Carney, RB Mike Bell, CB Tracy Porter, DB Mike McCauley, CB Jabari Greer, M.Mitchell and LB Scott Fujita inactive.
