For me it would be Marqise Lee. He took a step up this last year and performed well (especially in PPR format). The other guys listed would have more value in Best ball type leagues where you don't have to choose when to play them and reap the benefits of their occasional huge game. Lee is the easy choice for me.
Hogan has the QB and talent, but huge competition for targets. For potentially consistent production comes down to Lee and Anderson for me. Jags look like they may turn the corner and Lee is finally starting to come around; maybe even a break-out. Jets seem to be in full re-build mode and may need to throw a lot to compete. It would clinch it for me if Anderson could put on about 15 lbs and retain that speed. Would probably lean to Anderson, as Lee gets nicked up.
