I think Cobb.  I am expecting him to get more use with their RB situation (I'm using him this week).  Plus wouldn't be surprised if AZ/SEA is a low scoring divisional battle.

Cobb.  With no real RB and Devante Adams out, Rodgers is going to be throwing all game, and Cobb is one of the two major recipients.
