I would go with Julio (always start regardless of any matchup) and Diggs.  Diggs gets the tie break because I like to have someone on Monday night.  I think Maclin and Diggs are fairly even this week so I choose the Monday guy.

Never bench Julio. The other spot is tough, but I think I'd lean ever so slightly toward Diggs.
