WRs by team -- vikes (1 Viewer)

I asked it about the Ravens, but now I'm wondering about Minnesota;

The Offense.

Their QB (Brad Johnson) isn't a star but he can certainly get it done -- especially with his surrounding cast (OLine, WR, RB). One problem is that Childress has addressed that he wanted to give C.Taylor the ball 20+ times a game.

That said, will that cause very little passing game? Will any WRs still benefit? I still think they can -- in SEA there have been plenty of catches to go around.

Anyway, assuming that the ball is aired out every once in a while...what WR breaks out?

WRs:

Koren Robinson

Marcus Robinson

Travis Taylor

Troy Williamson

They all have had a lot of potential / talent at some point in their career ... who is going to pull it out this year?

The two I like are K.Robinson and T.Williamson. Robinson looks like hes gotten rid of a lot of the problems and distractions he has had in SEA. He's had a great offseason and is saying great things too. Further, it seems that Minn has dubbed him the #1WR.

The other potential stud in this system is Troy Williamson. Sure, he missed minicamp -- but who cares. He was underused last year and can really open the feild well in a Moss-esque role. Will he break out this year?

So, in the end...

I think there will be plenty of balls to go around. I just wonder who will emerge as the #1. Is it the turnaround K.Robinson (or the other busts -- Taylor and Robinson), or is it time for the 2nd year Williamson to take a large role. Large enough to earn some fantasy points.

I'm wondering your thoughts for a dynasty and redraft perspective.

Supposedly, KRob and Williamson will be starting.

I would look for these two to grab hold of the WR action

in Minnesota. On a dynasty level, I think Williamson is a great keeper.

This is one of those deals when I wouldn't be surprised no matter which of the veterans gets it done (Taylor, K-Rob, M-Rob).

I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up like those Cleveland Browns teams from a few years ago when every other week it was a different guy and they all ended up with mediocre stats.

K-Rob is a slight favorite because of age and talent, but he's pissed that all away before.
