L Murray, Rawls, and Foreman are available?  Who would you rather have?

And would you play any of these over Martin this week?

I'd pick up Rawls and roll with him over Martin.  Rawls should be the guy this week for Seattle and hard to trust a guy who just went 8 carries for 7 yards and faces a D that just held McCoy to 12 carries for 25 yards.
