Yahoo Draft Time Help Needed (1 Viewer)

Very basic question, but does Yahoo not let you choose your draft time anymore? Maybe this was posted, and if so I apologize, but it is only giving me really crappy times to set the live draft. Any advice or suggestions?

I just created a league and there were plenty of times to choose from. You may need to go back to the create league page and try again.

Is it stuck on Pacific time?
