I was checking and it looks like the plus leagues and basic leagues have all the same options now. I think the only difference is the pay for content like trade logs and draft prep stuff (and obviously stat tracker).
And it looks like they put in a bidding option for waiver wire, instead of first come first serve.
Also looks like they added an IR spot in roster options as well.
