Year to Year Redraft League Moving to a Dynasty (1 Viewer)

Fight The Power!
So our 12 team re-draft league is moving to a 3 player dynasty at the end of this season. I've got the first pick in the draft and I'm wondering how much emphasis I should put on this year's season versus the future as I make my way through the draft.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
