I ate ALOT of cookies today.  My wifes cousin dropped off a tray that had some amazing stuff on it   My favorite was a round milk chocolate on the outside, crunchy peanut butter batter on the inside.  So good.  Top shelf Biscotti also.

I remember when my grandma was alive and she would come up to visit us from Arkansas and she would make fried chicken and it was fried in Crisco 

She also made pies and the pie crusts were all made with lard. Best pie crust ever!
