When we bought our current house, we had to remodel/upgrade just about everything.  One thing I wanted was a seat added to our shower in the master BR.  My wife vetoed this and said I'd never leave.  She's right and I resent her for it every single day. 

My dream is to have a seat in a shower one day.  That's my stretch goal.

Think you can get one of those plastic old person shower seats for like $20.

May we all pay that price to achieve our dream.

Apologies for being too lazy to peruse, but I did super-skim. Did not see wintertime shower on the poll options. The best, bar none.

Go to sleep with heat off and stay warm under a pile of blankets; wake up and uncover into a cold room, and fire up that hot shower! ... and fire up the heater too, just before jumping into the shower.  20 minutes of pure joy.

Sometimes you gotta leave the windows open - auto-afreezeeation?  I'm sure there's a better word.

Taught myself 2-beat kick the other day and was pleasantly surprised how efficient the motion was while also being a great core workout.

Still love the after yard work shower but I have to change my answer. Showering after several days of backpacking and camping is almost a religious experience.

When I used to go to the NASCAR Cup Series races at Watkins Glen, there was nothing better than getting back home late on Sunday after 3-4 days of drinking, camping, drinking, races, drinking, and drinking, and taking a long, hot shower and feeling multiple days of filth and sin come off me. Was absolutely glorious.

Any post-surf shower is great, but my favorite is probably when Jalama Beach County Park installed coin-operated hot showers on the premises. Given the water is usually in the 50's and the place can get really windy, the ability to peel off a cold, clammy wetsuit in a hot shower is absolutely blissful.
