I think it's safe to say that most $ league owners drafting dynasty teams in April - June are comfortable through rounds 15-20. Later is where it gets interesting, and owners (especially in a dynasty league) tend show their strategy, in addition to maybe reaching for players they like for one reason or another.
I'd be interested to see what guys are doing with their last 3 or so picks. Who and something about why.
(include # of teams/rounds and don't post complete rosters/drafts)
Here's one I completed about a week ago.
12 teams / 23 rounds / no ppr
This team is WR heavy and overall very young.
21. J Dillard WR JAX
Couldn't pass on the value this late - and I really didn't need another WR, but I like him as much if not more than fellow rookie M Thomas. 2-3 year project player.
22. S. Rosenfels QB MN
T Jackson must have been a stud in practice, but while he's not terrible - he tends to look lost on Sundays. Rosen isn't a lock for the job, and certainly isn't a dynasty team building block - but there's a good chance he wins the job. Favre has to stay retired. QB3 with top 20 upside.
23. A. Foster RB HOU
This is a good example of what I'm looking for here. Foster could shock the world in TC and earn a back up RB / short yardage role OR get cut or placed on the PS. C Brown won't last a month and Moats is decent, but not a pounder. Foster is a long shot. Worst case he's the drop for a kicker.
