I have never watched 1 minute of game of thrones. I voted for Lord Baelish, come on, who has the first name Lord.

 
I’ve never seen it ( @shuke  can verify), but going with whoever Ed Sheehan briefly played.

Thank you for contributing to this thread.

Voted for Bran with Robyn being a close second.  Have been rewatching some of season 1 so Sansa was fresh on my mind yesterday however she has redeemed herself in the later seasons with sicking the dogs on Ramsay and plotting with Ayra to kill Littlefinger.

 
Voted High Sparrow. Hated pretty much everything about him.

Robin Arryn probably second. I wonder what his parents thought when they saw his first scene.  That's our boy! (.)

I found the High Sparrow less annoying on rewatches than the first time.  Theon, however, gets worse with each viewing.  

 
Ramsey. In a show where almost all the characters, even the evil ones, have some depth to them, he was comically one note. 

 
Ramsay Bolton...as annoying as the high sparrow is, he stood there and told those he opposed to do their best agaisnt him.  Strike him down, whatever.

Bolton only did things to people in captivity...when it came time for him to fight he road home til a giant busted down his door and Snow easily kicked his ###.

Also, his voice probably annoyed me as much as early season's Sansa voice did.

 
Agree with the comments about Ramsay being a one note character with zero depth. In a world where depravity reigns and loose morals tend to permit a longer lifespan, his shtick just went over the top. Still, though, I liked the introduction of his character and he served as a relatively significant plot point. 

Robyn Arryn just annoyed the crap out of me so he got my vote. 

 
Why are people voting Joffrey? He was one of the best villains in TV history- the poor guy will never be able to walk down a street without being hissed at.

Depends on how you're interpreting the question.  I disliked him so much on the show that he got my vote.  Not because he didn't play the part well.  I never wanted anyone to die on a show more than him because of it.

Exactly. The kid was brilliant, but the character? And had he lived longer, I bet he would be running away with this. He drops off so early, I almost voted for the guys I'm seeing in my rewatch as I'm in season 6 now, but he was the first truly hated character and I still think the best. 

 
Voted Bran.  Both his and the Samwell storylines bore me to tears, despite being obviously important.

Fair. I interpreted it the worst character but I tend to like the well done villains.

He made the show exponentially more interesting.  The build up of animosity between him and Tyrion was, for me, the most intriguing/'can't wait to see what happens next' part of the show.  I was disappointed when it ended so soon and abruptly.   

 
Here's the whole thing with the Jonathan Pryce, he was just as annoying as the High Sparrow as he was in those horribly annoying Infiniti commercials back in the day! ;)   I voted for Ramsay, character sucked as much as the "actor" aka scene reader.

For both characters. I mean, I love the fact that Tyrion killed him and the manner in which he did (bolt through the heart while on the crapper, classic!). But I wish Tywin stuck around. He is pretty much my favorite character. 

 
Other - Lysa Arryn. Weird and annoying. Was happy when she was sent through the moon door.
