Devil's Advocate
I picked three coaches who all made their bones on the defensive side of the ball. All three seem like men of high character, and their teams generally play hard. They are all in the same age range, and most would agree each of them is a Top-15 coach. Which one do you want?

Fox - .531 regular season winning percentage, 5-2 in the playoffs, 53 years old

Fisher - .537 regular season winning percentage, 5-5 in the playoffs, 50 years old

Del Rio - .563 regular season winning percentage, 1-2 in the playoffs, 45 years old

I think Fisher is the best. I'm a Titans fan though...

Still, he seems to do alot with very average talents. Derrick Mason? Courtland Finegan? Lendale White is fat and lazy? Let's get him 1100 yards. He always commits to running the ball and playing lights out defense, when he's had remotely respectable personnel, they've made the playoffs. This guy took a team to the superbowl, and lost by ONE YARD.

I do respect Del Rio's abilitiy to get rid of Leftwich and go with Garrard

I chose Fox because he was an out-of-bounds kickoff away from a ring.
Pretty sure Fisher was closer.I voted Fisher. He's been cursed with a horrible GM for most of his coaching career. Chargers/Cowboys/Packers would probably be locks for the SB with Fisher as the HC. But he's stuck with Fatdale and Vince Young. *lol* Good luck with that.

Fisher wanted those guys.

Fisher and I don't think this should be close.I am not a Tennessee fan at all, but Fisher is one of the best coaches in the game (top 3)

I have Fisher right behind BB and Andy Reid as best coaches in the NFL.Del Rio is good but seems like a choker and I don't think Fox will have a job next year unless Carolina goes to the playoffs so he must not be that good.

I'd go with Del Rio. Nothing against the other two but if he was going to be coaching my team for the next five years, I'd want the one I like the most. Plus, he's turned the Jaguars into a Super Bowl contender in one of the toughest divisions in football.

Interesting question. I'm not a fan of any of their teams but I like all three of the coaches,I think Fischer has done more with less over the course of his career, that was the deciding factor in my vote but all three are solid NFL coaches.

Del Rio is a choker?Tennessee has pulled some classic choke moments. They beat the Ravens on both sides of the ball in the playoffs only to choke it away on the FG return (hello? read the rule book) and the successive interception. They had the NE game only to choke again -- and had they not choked against the Jets earlier in the year, they'd have had the home field in that one. They shpuld have beaten the Rams in the SB. Although the Bliane Bishop injury hurt, giving up a TD bomb in the 4th somewhat qualifies as a choke.
