You've been :banned: the Bush Koolaid. Maroney I love but is not the starter. Westbrook is way to high on that list...he WILL get hurt sometime soon..and you have to take that into consideration. I think with Minny's schedule Taylor will end up in the top 5 to top 7. Cory Dillion as long as healthy will be in the top 15.

Let me try this.

1. LaDainian Tomlinson

2. Larry Johnson

3. Clinton Portis

4. Brian Westbrook

Bush is currently 24th in most non-ppr leagues and ranked even higher in ppr leagues....to assume he will only move up 5 slots is not much to ask. He is a rookie and I think he will only improve with time. By seasons end he will be ranked 10-15

Ronnie Brown at 12-18? He's currently #8 in fantasy points scored by a RB and the Miami offense has been pathetic. He's got nowhere to go but up.

The bottom five is a bit of a cluster ****, they are interchangable. I put Addai at 25 b/c I'd rather have him with upside then someone else at that position(25). I am assuming Alexander misses 4 weeks and it takes some time for him to get back in the swing of things when he finally returns. Not confident in Westbrook staying healthy for the rest of the year and I was never that high on Tiki which lowered them in my rankings.

Wow,

Lamont not even in the top 25......

Let's wait and see how he does against the Brownies this week before we pronounce him DOA.

Gore has to be in the top 25.
Well, I didn't forget about him but I also didn't add him. A case can be made for him especially since he was #9 in Keys list. I'm not up to date on his abdominal injury and goal line carries etc. If I knew the current info I would make the correct adjustments. It's tough composing the top 25. After 20, there seems to be a lot of equal talent and opportunity.

Coudn't agree more. He's got a decent schedule as well. RB ends up Top 10 at least.

I'm more interested in seeing other people's top 25 as opposed to "what about _____". If you disagree, share your rankings.
I'm more interested in a good discussion. If we have twenty or fifty or a 1000 different rankings.......umm, who cares? So, how about everyone post their rankings, so we can all feel good about who we think should be where.....:shrug:This forum, thread, or whatever can't appease everyone. Understandable. I was just going off the title of the thread..."YOUR top 25 RBs for the rest of the season". If the are disagreements, who would you add/take out and why. I was in no way calling anyone out, sorry if it came across that way.

The bottom five are a real toss-up. I just see Detroit's O as awful and Caddy never fully recovering from his bleh start. Taylor probably won't stay healthy at his current pace anyway. Top 5 is pretty much the same, as there's only 6 real probable choices and 4 are academic. I'm pretty sure Dunn comes close or gets into the top 10 if he starts seeing the red zone at all... but I'm not going to attempt to predict that. :)

Speaking of....a guy in my league has them as his #1 and #2 RBs. Talk about a rough start.Nnow back to your regularly scheduled thread...

Gore is being listed WAY too low on most lists. When was the last time a Norv Turner RB did not finish in the top 10?

I am a Mike Bell owner, and I think Tatum has a shot at finishing #1.

I don't have time for a top 25 right now, but the Tatum hype is out of control. Top 5? Chance at #1? We don't even know if he's getting the GL carries. If he fumbles twice next week will Mike Bell be starting again? Can you trust Rat-Face?

I wish I had Tatum right now so I could move him for a Westbrook, FWP, Ronnie Brown, Chester Taylor, Tiki, SJax and many other RB's I know are safer in their starting jobs but who many people are listing below Tatum.
