Guy who knows about odell's suspension offered me Zach Thomas for Odell

SAlaries increase each year

Basically I could afford to have Thomas this year and next while Thurman was purchased cheap and he would have him a long time

My ?

Should I do this trade and get Zach Thomas OR should I hold onto Odell and hope to reap benefits after his 4 gm suspension

If it is a redraft league do the trade. Thomas will put up legit numbers this year.

If it is a dynasty league keep him. Thurman will be good for a long time, despite his suspension. Keep in mind he gets caught again he will be suspended one year.

Odell Thurman is not a safe bet. I would need to verify, but i believe that a precursor to his suspension was being late for meetings last year, getting benched for a series or whatever

Team suspensions are in-house issues... they are often fines and such, not related to Game Suspension due to Substance Abuse issues. His suspension is believed to be due to a missed test. But still the 1 yr issue on a next fail is a big concern.
