***Howard Stern*** (2 Viewers)

Looks like Nick's been dropped. Meanwhile, Artie looks as bad as he ever has. What's going to happen when Artie nods off during a show by himself? Dead air?

 
I can't stand medicated Pete and especially don't want to hear conversations about him blowing a load. Changed the channel today after a while. Too much.

Haven't had a chance to listen to today's. Yesterday was really good. Ronnie's girl really put it too him. Poor JD. She could have picked anyone not to eff. "He's like my little brother." Geez the girl is clueless when it comes to a man's ego.
 
Cannot wait for Fred's soundclip special. Somebody please give a headsup here when you know it's going to be on. They've been vague about it on the show.

I bought the f'n Stratus 6 to replace my receiever that died. How the hell doesn't it have pause? :rant: I figured that was standard.I called up Sirius and told them I was dropping it since my receiver died. I just bought a new car and got it for free for 6 months so I actually was willing to drop it but I do work a lot from home and like having it there. I took an offer of paying for 6 months for $86 with an additional 6 months for free. It cut my bill in half. And it was easy to have them waive the $15 transfer fee to a new receiver.so what happens with a new car? Does the Sirius just end one day without warning?

 
How much longer can Stern go? I think he just signed a new deal, but to me his show is getting worse. What I mean is he's starting to stray into the Larry King old man who doesn't know what he's talking about during interviews. Also his psychoanalysis of everyone sucks.I still find his show good I just find myself cringing more and more when he makes a fool of himself.

who are you, my wife? or any woman in general? Here's what i just heard: "His show isnt good. i mean i like it, but it also sucks"don't like it? don't listen, no one is forcing you to. The shows evolves, it always has.

Huh you don't read well. I still like his show and it's better than anyone out there I have XM for his show, but he's loosing touch. Which is understandable he's getting older I don't expect him to be into all the new stuff coming out. It's just really apparent when he and Robin talk about electronics. And there's been too much X was better in my day Which reeks of old man stay off my lawn syndrome. Sorry for having a bit of criticism about the show. I can see I offended you in some way. Hopefully the sand in our ###### washes out tonight in the shower.

You should check out Ron and Fez. I've never heard anyone on the radio who's as purely funny as Ron, and he's a great interviewer to boot. Their guests aren't as strictly "A-list", but they're typically just as interesting. Well-regarded actors, etc.

late 90's early 2000's Stern was amazing. His show peaked, they got great guests and had good chemistry. Now whenever I flip over the show seems self centered on Howard and the top guests are few and far between and his interviewing skills have declined. He had a knack for taking a simple interview and getting the guest to open up about sex, other people etc. I think he is just counting the days to retirement.O and A are good, when they are on its really good stuff but they are nowhere near what Howard was.

marks friggin doesn't work so that he can update his site everyday? That's insane, can't believe his wife puts up with that.Then stern show hires him and he can't handle how long it takes to get the updates up on the stern site so he quits!! crazy

He must be a lunatic.What was the reason that he was unable to get his recaps up quicker when he was working for Stern? He is fast, I think they're usually up an hour after the show's done.

Not sure...he said he didn't even mind the edits but that it was slow and it bothered him so much he quit :lmao:
 
Howard's revelation that he and Beth seriously talked about having a kid this past year was pretty big and can't wait until they delve into it again. Howard said they decided not to but I think this was more of him putting his toe in the water. Howard is going to do it for Beth just like his said reason for marrying her.I would not be surprised if she is pregnant within a few months if not already.

It wasn't him. He turned in his notes upon conclusion of show. By the time they read, edited and posted it was hours and hours later. He must have OCD or something. Said he didn't even mind the editing, was all about having available to be read quickly.

this makes absolutely zero sense to me. You flip over on occasion, but you still think these are the case? When has he not talked about himself, and what else should he be talking about? and his interview skills have declined, i just don't know where you see it? what interview did he show this on? not trying to be a #### here, i just don't understand the criticism.

Does Fred do a bad impression? Gange, Grillo, Stuttering John were all fantastic too. Don't forget Scott Salem *ckeh*I guess you could say his Ronnie is just an impression of Dice

Fred was the best with John the Stutterer.I...I....I.....I can't judge between Howard's mom and dad, both are great. I love when Howard does Gary. Just the rabbit noise he does with it cracks me up.

I wish I could find the clip from 4 or 5 years ago when Howard and Artie were trying to listen to a porn clip, and Gary kept interrupting them because he couldn't hear what was going on in the studio. Howard goes off on Gary and starts yelling "BOFF BOFF BOFF BOFF BOFF"...I was laughing so hard in my car, I literally starting crying. Anyone else remember that?
