Out of those, I've only eaten at Alize. It's amazing how small that place is. Cool view, food was very good. I actually didn't think it was more expensive than SW, Delmonico or any of the other nice restaurants we've eaten at. Mix was really good too. Excellent food, menu was somewhat limited though. Great view too, of course. Mix, along with all of the Manadlay restaurants, are on restaurant.com too, so you can actually eat there for a pretty reasonable amount.

Mon Ami Gabi is my favorite in Vegas.... but... where its december and it is a littl chilly out I could understand passing. He food is as good as anywhere else in Vegas, but the outside seating can't be beat.Have a hunch? Bet a bunch!

Didn't bet much, was in a rush Sun morning and just did 3 parlays without much thought.Came up one game short (ATL couldn't beat TJ Yates) on my $20 - 6 team parlay (would have paid $900).At least I hit the 4 teamer for $240.
Went down there on Monday night and did the zipline down Fremont and then stopped into the Griffin, Insert Coins, Beauty Bar, and the Downtown Cocktail Lounge. Great places if you're looking for smaller, low key, cool places to try out. It's now worth heading downtown for a night again.
If you've got the coin (I think it's a $50 food minimum per person), my vote goes to Emeril's stadium at the Palazzo, hands down.
FYI - this goes way, way up during March Madness.
At TAO we were on the VIP guest list and paid no cover and skipped lines (well, had a very short wait with others in our position). We got there around 11, which I thought was early but damn, vegas seems to start much earlier than NY. Things inside were going near 100%XS had no guest list for Fri or Sat, so even going through a promoter wouldnt have helped unless they had mad pull. I don't recall if I just paid for me or if my girl also had a cover but either way well worth it. We were told that the best chance to get in was to go early, get stamped then we could head out and return, which is what we did. We got there just before opening and got stamped then checked the Encore and Wynn out for a bit. But again, things get busy early so if you dont want to wait in line for ever (especially if you are not just a group of hot chicks, and sometimes even then), you need to plan accordingly.We were on the Guest List at Marquee, but again this is subject to how full they are. We stayed at the hotel so assumed we'd go around 10, get stamped, leave and return... but holy ####, it was freakin packed already! So, we just stayed. I got a discount on my ticket and my girl got in free - whereas usually even girls have to pay like 30 bucks cover.Quick summary:Tao: Fun, but it has aged. Not the hip place, though a lot of talent. More touristy and more amateurs. The staff were rude at times as if their #### didnt stink when it was by far the least fun of the clubs - but still a really good time. We left around 1:30-2:00 am (thursday night).XS: My fav. One level, not VIP sections where chicks get in but only guys buying tables can follow. Staff was utterly classy. Expensive (15 buck drinks) but great music (dance/top 40), a very cool crowd. Large asian contingent fwiw - fine by me as a lot of those asian chicks looked fantastic. Indoor/outdoor but was chilly and a 90% indoor scene the night we were there. Stayed til' 3:30 and had a blast. Fun crowd and not pretentious.Marquee: The largest and most physically impressive - huge outdoor space by the pools, tons of full tables with service, different rooms though only one had different music. Crowd was the most diverse but the service was good overall. If you want a mega club, especially one that is heavy on the house music (kinkade was there as the dj) this is the place. For a slightly more laid back straight forward dance club, XS.

Wife and I are headed up for MLK wknd. I have a bunch of Southwest passes, but we're actually going to try that new airline out of Mesa (Allegiant). The airport is literally 10 mins from my house door-to-door and the R/T cost was only $148 for the both of us combined. If all goes well, I'm afraid this may become a habit.The only thing that sucks is we're on the tail end of CES, so room rates are a little higher than usual.
