Might even want to try getting Joe to have a forum for this, it's a great idea
I tried this and got no interest, it was a 20 dollar league ran on mfl and got 2 owners interested. I am thinking maybe because of IDP's and time of year the interest was down? Here is a link to the thread. I didn't want to go with a free league because I felt like too many owners would abandon there teams, which is especially bad in a dynasty league.
