Any vices at all NC?Just curious, you don't have to answer (I am sure you know that but I just want you to know that I won't be offended if you don't, it's a personal question).
He's been hooked on the FFA for a while now.
I can't kick it man.But seriously my only remaining vice is of the natural variety and I don't spend much on it. One of the benefits of restaurant work is cheap and easy access.
Thank goodness. I was worried you were an abstainer.Hitler was an abstainer, then again he was also vegetarian...I wonder where moops falls on the vices question? I've had my eye on him for awhile.
I am slowly shedding all my vices. Some day I will also be an abstainer. I promise not to round up any minority populations and enact the final solution though.
As long as you keep eating meat and/or hang out in the Steak thread you are all right in my book.

Alcohol - During football season $80 a month. Not during football season, $20 a month. Went with $1 - 50 since that probably breaks to an average of about $40 - $50 a month. Not during football season will go several months at a time without drinking anything - can buy a sixer and have 3 of them sit in there for 2 months no problem.

Tobacco - $105 a month. Pack a day, $3.50 a pack.

They'll get my meat when they pry it from my cold dead hands.

I'll get one of these for $11.99 and it will last me for over a month.

18 packer

If I feel like spending $13.99 I will get a 30 pack of Keystone that will last two months easy.

A 1-pack Keystone would probably last forever at my house.

The loser in my fantasy league is always required to bring the beer for the draft the following season. About four or five years ago that guy thought it would be funny to bring Pabst Blue Ribbon Genuine Draft (I didn't know they had such a thing). Needless to say we were not amused. Our reaction made him feel so guilty he quit the league the following season. I still have a 12 pack of that PBRGD in my pantry, and am saving it for the next time dude hosts a poker game.

Ahhhhh beer snobs.

My beer of choice is Milwaukees Best light. I really like it. My upscale beer is Miller Lite. If I win a big poker tourney and have money to burn its Heinekin Time!

Things I drank a lot of in college

Mad Dog

Mickeys Big Mouths

Dog Pound Brew

Hoodepool

Blatz

Schlitz

Oly

Beast

Natty Light

13 Bucks for a 30 pack of Beast that is 5 weekends of a 6 pack, your beer snobbery will leave you in the poor house!

I label all my debit card purchases via my online banking and I actually label these purchases as "Vice". I just did a quick search of May and spent $102.68... on my debit card. When I go out for dinner/drinks, though, I use my credit card. I think that this puts me at > $300.00. :whoosh:

I didn't mean it as snobbery but I see that it is in a way. I do not look down on you for drinking what you do, but I was bothered when dude bought the PBRGD when for the previous years others shelled out for nicer kegs like Karl Strauss or Sam Adams.

Now if you like your steaks any more cooked then medium rare then we have a serious problem.

What and ruin a good peice of meat never!

As for beer and me it is the vehicle to get the alcohol in my system. I like thinner beers. When I am drinking high quality beers I always tend to get pale ales. When I drink a rich "tasty" beer it fills me up and then I can't drink as much.

It was my college days that ruined me, I had to earn all my beer/party money in the summer and make it last. So I drank the cheapest beer, after a while I developed a taste for it. Hell some people love Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches, some people love the Milwaukees Best Light.

Combined with pron?

You pay for porn?
Maybe not, but how about all the stupid stuff alcohol consumption does make you do.. like buying shots for a table of girls you have no chance with, or ending up at the strip club, or ending up at a late night restaurant, or paying for teh secks..I'd say drunken related expenses have been 1/2 as expensive as teh booze

Just spend over 300 bucks last weekend on about a case and a half of wine (various bottles) on a trip to northern Michigan.

More usual consumption is probably between $100-200/month between a few nights at the bar, drinks with dinner, the occasional bottle of scotch, etc.

$0 on tobacco for the past 2.5 years.

I remember those days. Going out with $100-200 in my pocket and coming home with $0.00 and saying to myself "Where the hell did my money go? There is no way I drank that much!"

I buy a 1.75 of cheap Whiskey every other Friday...$25/month.

Wow that is cheap whiskey.
Kessler is nothing but the best. $12.77 after tax.
Nice. I am quite sure it gets the job done. Do you use a mixer or do you take it neat? Perhaps on ice?
