Not at all, I didn’t give a crap about Karli. She just wanted to kill people and all it would have done is make them look worse. I had no sympathy for her and her people definitely weren’t behind her so it just seemed so odd that she was still hailed at the end.I mean, I enjoyed watching, I think?
Seemed like mostly a waste of characters though. Disjointed. Still not sure what’s up with the FlagSmashers. Sharon Carter twist was pretty obvious and I really didn’t care. Like the entire Powebroker plot was pointless really.
I dunno. The show suffered from the same issues I was complaining about up-thread the whole way through and there wasn’t much redemption in the final episode.
Also, the fact that they had people in the meeting and army, etc. was a bit silly. I guess you could say the Power Broker (obvious reveal) arranged it but she’s it still doesn’t seem like she’d have people in every spot needed to pull thy off versus having criminal friends like frenchie. They spent 0 time on how they got that whole plan all together, kind of a big leap of faith.
I think disjointed was the best way to describe it but they clearly had a today’s political theme that they wanted to push. Unfortunately, sometimes that doesn’t work smoothly. I liked the guy from Alias’ story and redemption, but trying to make Karli into a hero fell flat. I would have rather seen them get a loan for the boat.
